Hello Tyler and welcome to the forum, without knowing the lineage of the little one its kind of hard to say, I wouldn't think that there will be much of a color change other than maybe lighter or darker shades, enjoy your stay here and good luck with your new fid (fid=feathered kid) :)

It's a Dutch blue or a palid blue
I'm trying to think back to when I had mine I think my guy started thus colour and got a little more yellowish where his grey/white area is
lovies are so cute just make sure you do lots of step up and basic Trainning now as they pair bond big time and they get very nippy when they reach maturity
if they have good basic Trainning it cuts down a lot of that aggression
good luck

You can expect his beak to change to solid yellow, as do all adult lovebirds. His plumage won't change much, the blues might be more vivid as he gets older. I think this particular mutation might just be called, 'Blue'.

Hi this looks a lot like my White Face Seagreen lovebird hen i first got mine google the images of those:)

probably like one of my former lovebirds;
