28 years old BCC almost permanent head tilt - dying?

Max is doing good today. The antibiotic and anti-inflammatory are improving his overall well-being. Tried putting him in his cage but his head starting dropping below his perch so we took him back out and have him here, which he seems happy with. Fingers (and toes) crossed he continues to improve, although we're well aware things could change on a dime. The meds could just be masking the underlying issues of his age and other things occurring inside his body.

Oh my goodnes, amazing that improvment of his condition becomes better!! He is a very strong bird!!! I wish him the best recovery as possible!!
