Number one can coloured pellets change poop before his poop was green. Now hes eating this rainbow kaytee pellets his poop is brown and the dried urine is as well.

Number 2 how much urine is normal to be in poops I know with the budgies there isnt much water. But with the ringneck there is a lot more water not diahhera though his poop and urates where well formed.

yes, pellets can impact this. try switching back and see if it changes-- then you can go back to the rainbow ones...Birds vary (not only by species, but somewhat by individual). You want to be able to see all 3 parts of the poop (although on some occasions, you may not) . Diet, baths, health, species etc can impact all of this. Try looking up "_____ poop" and insert your species there. Then go through the posts people make and see whether the image is healthy or not.

Thank you for the advice yes I can see all three parts clearly. I though that the pellets would make his poop red yellow or green but its changed to brown. At least I now know hes getting the nutrition he needs although they are cockateil pellets it's better than nothing.

Still verify that it is in fact the pellets, because other things can cause this too. Switch back to what you had for a few days (if it changes, then it's the pellets).
