So I've been wanting to make a cargo net for the fids. (Thanks Blackhawk for the helpful videos!) Bella and Zora's will be 44" by 52". (Counting the two 2" stray pieces on each length of it) It will be made of Manila rope with 8" squares. I've calculated everything for the length (knots, extra pieces, the strands themselves, etc.) using 1/2" rope, but is that too small for two 60 gram GCCs? Should I go any bigger? I think it will be fine as it is but I just want your opinion. Thank you!
