Full Spectrum Lighting

I've noticed that the bulbs specifically for birds are very expensive and cannot be bought locally where I live. Is there a cheaper brand that is safe? I want to make sure my guys are absorbing enough vitamin d and calcium. I've lost birds from egg binding so I want to take steps to stop it from happening again.

So full spectrum is not a necessary thing? Is is harmful or bad? I have been thinking of doing it also here. Thanks.
