There is something wrong with my little CBC, Phoe. He was fine when I gave out the veggies, and an hour later when I went to put him back in his cage there is something wrong. He is staggering and his eyes are glazed over. My husband is on his way home so we can get him to the vet, I called them but they are in a staff meeting for another 10 minutes so I don't even know if his vet is there today. I do have another vet he can go to, and as soon as Reg gets home we will be on our way.
Please send prayers and/or good thoughts, I am terrified.

Oh God, Terry, that's OUR little Phoe. I am beside myself. I love that little guy. Please just try to stay at peace. I know you'll see him through whatever, however. I love you, Phoe, little boy, a lot of people do. I love you too, Terry.

I just reached my vet and she isn't in today. Called the other avian vet and they are in a meeting for another 20 minutes. I cannot believe this.

The whole forum is behind you, Terry. One by one they'll be praying and lifting you and Phoe up.

Oh no!!!! Please let help be available and please let him be saved!!! Do you think it was pesticides?! Lots of prayers your way!!;

It couldn't be pesticides, we are deep in winter here and none have been sprayed outside, and we don't use any inside.
I am still waiting to reach the second vet, 11 more minutes.
He is doing a little bit better, he is in a carrier in our bathroom where it is super warm.
If this second avian vet isn't working today, there is no where to take him until tomorrow.
This is horrible.
Thank you all, I so appreciate your prayers.

Somehow this sort of thing always happens to me too when my vet is closed or otherwise unavailable... the team here in Aussieland are praying for you too!

Oh my, hoping that the other vet is available now! Positive-Energy going to you and your Phoe!

Let our prays support and carry you in these minutes until knowledge becomes available regarding Avian Care. Warm Amazon Feather Hugs.

More prayers coming up.

Hang in there y'all!

Sounds almost like a seizure, or he had a seizure and was coming out of it when you found him that way...

Thank you everyone, just got a referral to a different vet and am heading there now. My second choice was not available, either.

That sucks, but at least there's an option...Good luck, keep us posted on how he's doing...Hopefully it's something easily diagnosed and treated...

Oh Terry! By the time you see this, you'll be home again and I hope like mad little Phoe is OK! Sending heartfelt prayers that he'll come out of this just fine. XX

Oh dear!!!! I hope your little one is okay!!!! I agree when you really need a vet they are seldom available. Hopefully this vet you are going to will do something. Prayers are important and I am saying many for you.
