Today Heero and Tweety took a bath with a little warm water, then they wend down in the park and sat on trees,
Heero is still smelly, even after bath,
If I put their cage in room , all the rooms get smelly, so I put the cage in balcony in the night,
Tweety is not smelly at all, I remember before arrival of the Heero Tweety used to stay in cage in my room and never felt smelly, but since the Heero is moved to cage , I am unable to keep him in the room all the time,
The smell is not hard , it is light but feels bad in the room,
What to do , does all Alex's are smelly,
I keep the cage very much clean , not lazy in cleaning the cage,

What to do with this smell??????

I don't have an alexandrine, so perhaps they do have a smell, but is it possible that he could have a yeast infection or sour crop? I only ask because you mention the smell. A sort of sour smell in from the mouth is associated with yeast (is is bubbly poop, in some cases).
If that is a possibility, try adding avian probiotics to their food. I use Bene-bac.

My bird doesn't really smell---if you get super close to her and sniff her feathers, she smells a bit like a sweet curry or something, but that is only when you are very up-close and personal.

Droppings should also have no scent, so if they are smelly, that is not good.

I don't think Heero has got any infection or sour crop, he is very active , not dull at all,
, And yes he smells if I touch my nose to him, but by the time the smell spreads in room that is disturbing

Well, yeast is pretty common and easy for them to get. I give my bird a daily probiotic to prevent it, but she has had it before. Other than that, I am not sure.

Good luck!
