Is This Product Safe For My Budgies?

SInce the warmer weather is coming. I am curious if this bird backpack is safe for budgies for a couple hours in. If there is a better option, please recommend.

SInce the warmer weather is coming. I am curious if this bird backpack is safe for budgies for a couple hours in. If there is a better option, please recommend
this product should be plenty safe for a budgie as long as it is not bouncing around alot, but if you are just going to wear it on your back or just put it in your car than this product should be amazing and i bet that your budgie would love it

Me personally, I am not crazy about packs that have a plastic 'bubble'. If left in strong sunlight I think there is a better chance of cooking your parrot then a pack that has mesh on 3 sides. If there is a lot of breeze it may be OK, but in the back seat of a car, not so much.
