The reason I posted these particular videos is, that members constantly pm me, asking me how I teach Mishka to talk.

I am literally sitting here with my jaw on the floor.

I've seen many videos in my lifetime of talking birds, but I have NEVER ever seen a bird as smart as Mishka. I'm truly dumb-founded, at loss for words other than WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you a million for not only the videos, but for showing us how incredibly smart, intuitive, clever, and bright birds are.

Mishka is a truly amazing.

I have to add something here:

If you google "thinking bird" or "how can you tell if a bird thinks?" There should be one, and only one picture: Mishka!

I swear, you can almost see the wheels turning in his head as he's taking it all in, Ant. AND he thinks BEFORE he speaks. A quality some people lack.

Truly remarkable.

All video also clearly show your devotion and love for each other.

Thanks once again, Mishka is unbelievable, always eager to learn. Mishka would rather sit on my lap, chatting away, than play in his cage. If he does not want to train, we just skip the session and play.

Many sites mentioned that birds are capable of imitating human words. Many can learn to use phrases in context, they can also be trained to imitate any words, but not understanding what they are saying. I beg to differ there, Mishka is living proof, that they do understand fully, his videos prove that.

Awesome videos ! Everyone here knows how fabulous Mishka is and how dedicated and loving you are with him. Dont give up, nothing truly worth achieving comes easily. Mishka is destined to make his mark on the world !

Mishka is something of a celebirdy in our house, we all love watching Mishka videos. My 5yo son, who knows lots of the 'youtube' birds by name is a big Mishka fan...he loves the one in which Mishka says 'I want to go to the bathroom to poopy' (or words to that effect!) Too clever!
