I know this forum is a community set to help each other and it is great!

I am a new Zon mom and I found this site strictly by accident and have been here ever since. Never have I tried to find another help source.

Through all my time here , all the help I have received, even private email communication ( thanks Beth) to give me help , I have been more of a taker than giver. As I learn I know I will be able to help others later but for now I am the student.
I wanted to thank the many members that have helped me along the way. Always know you are very appreciated even when we may forget to say so.( but we tried real hard to remember) I will not attempt to name names for fear of forgetting someone. You all know who you are. Not just the ones that answer what we request from you but also to the poster's of the threads. You can rest assured we learn from those too.

I know this thread may be a lil off topic being that it is not directly about a Fid topic. But you all deserve a BIG thank you and I wanted to give it.
Oh my, Im a giver now too...... this just came to me as I typed. lol

What a lovely post and how timely it is! I think the beauty of our forum is that we all benefit by sharing knowledge and helping each other. When I started, I knew a fraction of what I know now. Since then, though, every single question has been answered carefully and thoughtfully by other forum members so that I'm now in a position to help people myself. I love that about us!

What's even better is that no money changes hands: it's all based on goodwill and a desire for the betterment of our birds. So I'd like to join in and say 'Thank you to all forum members, new and old'. We have an awesome community!

Love this post!!! I think the PF community is an amazing one!

Had I not stumbled onto this forum I would not have the understanding and knowledge of the ways of our feather ninjas that I do today and our knowledge is ever-changing, and we're always growing and sharing and encouraging --not just for ourselves but we encourage others to succeed ...even when we feel that all odds are against us.

This forum is truly like an extended family.

I agree that this forum is the best parrot forum I've come across. Good information, a sense of community, and LOTS of laughs here which is important too!

When I wanted to join a forum again, I looked around and lurked on several for a while to get the "vibe" of each community... and since I don't have tons of time to be on several groups, needless to say I decided to pick this one. I liked the "vibe" here
