Yet another newbie!

Hello parrot owners!

I'm a long time lurker, first time poster.
I've never owned a bird before, and while utterly petrified - I'm also very excited about being owned by my first parrot.

Ellie the Eclectus comes home in about a month and I'm absolutely jittery with excitement.

I must say, all your advice has been so very helpful as I was researching what species would be best for me, and all of your experiences is really a great wealth of knowledge that I feel privelaged to tap into!

It's great to finally have something to post about
