Yet another food question!

I know there is many many many questions about what kind of fruits and veggies can a GCC eat. Well I'm curious to know if certain apples are better than others or if they are all pretty much the same? Also, can they really eat Bell s d hot peppers?!?!

All apples ok. All,peppers ok....sweet or hot. Mine likes Honey Crisp apples because I like them and any hot peppers.

My GCC loves!!! Loves!!! Red chilli peppers, but loves Yellow bell pepper better than red or green! Peppers high in vitamin A good food. They can and do love the seeds of bell pepper and chilli peppers so leave them in

Apples are okay, but absolutely no seeds. They contain a derivative form of arsenic that can be metabolized to a dangerous form -- it's small enough not to bother humans, but a concern with parrots.
Parrots tend to like spicy food a lot ! They don't taste spicy (capsaicin) like we do. Because of that, they're one of the major vectors for seed dispersion of peppers in the wild. All peppers are good as long as they are fresh, though be careful when handling after as the result can be incendiary for you.
