Oh my gosh I can't WAIT!!! I've been having such a troublesome painful pregnancy and never thought I'd make it this far, but I finally reached 40 weeks yesterday, and my Dr has booked me in to be induced next Tuesday evening! So no matter what happens I will be holding my little boy next Wednesday! FINALLY! There's an end in sight! :D I will totally be posting a photo of the little bubs once he's born. :D

I just had to let out my excitement and joy at being able to see an end!!! *squeaks in an ecstatic manner*

Oh and our aviaries are all up and built, nestboxes made and installed, 3-stainless-steel-bowl swivel feeders installed! Just waiting on the wood we ordered for perches to come in, and then we can move all our birdies! :D Our Kakarikis are 'in the mood' and feeding each other/mating...so I can't wait for that wood to come in! Hoping it gets in tomorrow.

Aww...CONTRATS!!! You must be so excited with everything! Best of luck to you!

Well done, Kinny. I know it's been an eventful pregnancy and you'll be happy to hold your little boy at last. Sending warm wishes for a trouble-free and quick delivery! :)

Congratulations! My doctor had to induce my labor years and years ago. When I went in past my due date I said something to the effect of, "Today's a fine day to have a baby, doc." Then I gave him a very pointed and threatening stare until he offered to induce. LOL. You must be so excited, and anxious, but mostly excited. :D

Congrats!!! I just hit the 36 week mark yesterday, so I'm not far behind!! :D

Hope everything goes comfortably for you. :)

I'm going to be induced at 39wks(the 30th) so I can somewhat relate to how you feel haha :)

Hope things go naturally for you both and neither one has to be induced. Congratulations to the both of you.

Thank you! :) Oh yes I am so very excited!

Thanks Betrisher, yes it has... feels like I've gone through full-blown labour almost every day for the past 2 weeks.. (would last up to 9 and a half hours and just as I go to get in the car, it stops...*shakes fist*) so as much as I want baby to come on his own I'm also very eager to be induced. Been induced before and it was a relatively good experience so I'm not anxious at all. ^^

Hahaha Dustbunny! With my last pregnancy i was about to order the midwives to induce me when one came in and offered it. :p

:O Congratulations Sterling! Yay! One more week and you'll be 'term'!!! You better not have yours before I have mine.. >.> I'd be too jealous haha. Thank you and same to you! Haha very nice! Yeah I was induced at 39 weeks last pregnancy.. labour was 1 hour long..was great going in knowing i wouldn't be leaving without a baby..instead of going in HOPING it's the real thing and not yet another false alarm!

Thank you Dopey :) I thought it was my BODY being uncooperative, but turns out it's BABY who is being indecisive about whether he wants to come out or not. Dr could feel baby pushing his hands down trying to pull his head out of engagement..yet other times baby will be pushing downwards.. >.> make up your mind baby! lol
