Thanks Flboy, I have ordered the same cage i have for Rory my blue fronted Amazon. It is getting delivered today.

They survive on powder nectar as their base diet .They also get soft fruits and vegetables.I have 2 Lorries. They are surprisingly smart and can dismantle things even though they don't have the beak strength.Mine talk well and know how to break out of their cages :) Good Luck

Thanks Pink birdy for your advice, I have been researching like mad lol . I'm getting my lorikeet from the same breader I got Rory (my blue fronted Amazon ) from he/she will hopefully be here soon. The breeder lives in England and I'm in Scotland . So it just when he can deliver is about 7 hours drive. What type of lorikeets do you have? Jim C
