I can't help you with the YNA but with DYH he's probably very angry with you for leaving him and is probably holding a grudge. is he still acting like that??

yes he dont want me and biting me but he wants scratch !!

How old is the YNA? Is he possibly still very young and clumsy and therefore breaking his wing feathers? Or is he trimmed in an unappropriate way, and has no balance because of it?

As for your DYH, he is majorly ticked off with you for leaving him for 3 months. Give him some time, dont' let him take his anger out on you. In the meantime, lots of treats and scratches ;) He'll come around again, especially if you had a close bond prior to vacationing.

well the breeder had him in a cage with three pairs and he was alone ,, he is 12 months old , and he is literarily breaking his wing feather ,, i dont think the breeder ever trimmed it about the balance , not sure didnt see him flying ,, i can upload a video if u want

I have a Mustached Parakeet who chews his feathers off- not plucking, but just snapping them off intentionally with his beak. It starts out just like preening, but instead of smoothing out the whole feather, he snaps it off around halfway.
I found him outside and he'd chewed off all the body feathers he could reach and all his secondary wing feathers (primaries and tail were intact).

He's stopped doing this for the most part, and he only occasionally reverts back to it when he's stressed out, like during car rides (he hates car rides!). I've heard plucking can become a habit that persists even if the original cause is fixed, too, but I think stress is the main reason my guy picks his feathers.

Of course, there are many reasons a bird will pluck feathers (stress, boredom, malnutrition, parasites, etc), and I imagine it's the same for chewing.

TL;DR: I also have a bird who chews but doesn't pluck, and I think it's due to stress. You said your friend "found" the YNA, so it sounds like it hasn't had a very stable environment recently, which is, of course, very stressful.

OMG, after seeing his vent I think he needs to go to a vet as it does NOT look normal.

As for the wing feathers. I heard you saying that he doesn't pluck them but eat them, and that you will spray him with 1% vinegar water.

You further said (I will not repeat expletive) that Dutch folks buy birds like that because they don't care.

Hmm...IMHO he is not well.

Take him to the vet
