Would it be too much?

I used calcivet liquid for the first time yesterday (1 of my birds has been having symptoms of calcium deficiency) wing twitching and toe tapping. If you have hard water, you add 10ml to the water and add 20ml if soft water...I wasn't sure what the water was so just added 10ml but did search the water in my area and found it is soft to moderate soft...could I give calcivet again today to be able to guve the correct dose? (not sure if days need to be spaced out) He had the symptoms on Saturday and Sunday but nothing since.

With anything like this, I always prefer to start at the lowest dose and increase if it doesn’t seem to be working. So, I would say to stick with the 10 ml for a week or so and see if that’s enough
