Working Parronts and Ekkie Diet

For those of you who work full time and are unable to get home at lunch to change your fid's food, what do you feed your ekkies?

I feed Oliver breakfast when I eat breakfast--on his stand so he has a good two hours of out-of-cage time. When I go to work I fill one of his dishes with fresh fruit and the other with fresh vegetables and his forager with little "healthy" treats. I work outside of the home four very long days and in my home three. The three I'm home he's out most of the time but I still follow the same food formula. When I get home he has dinner outside of his cage on his stand again and stays close by for the rest of the evening. So far it seems to work like a charm...
