Wont eat lory food

I have noticed today that Rio does not like the lorikeets formula that I got from the pet shop, he has a taste and walks away. He likes the organic sweet potatoe baby purity and fresh apple, but wont eat any other fruit or veg.

I don't know anything about lorys (except they are beautiful). Can you ask the former owner what he eats? I know their diet is totally different than my amazon. I would try to find info on the internet or possibly a lory forum??? Good luck.
