Thats just a baby behavior!:) nothing to worry about. Thats what he did before he was weaned to get fed and attention! so now that he's weaned thats the only way he know's how to ask for attention:) he'll grow out of it as he gets older and learns new ways to get your attention:)

I am actualy starting to think he is not fully weaned.

Lucy did this as well, and it was normally after we tried switching her to new food. So I would say that your bird is indeed hungry and trying to get your attention. As soon as I would get her regular food, she would chow down for a quick 5 mins and be back to normal.

I got get the food similar they say she was eating at the store ((they dont have the exact one. They special order their food aparently). She eats for a while then seems better. Now I am running into the issue she seems like she is bored but wont play with her toys :( You can tell she was a small cage bird from a pet store. She gets nervous about exploring.

Maybe you have to show her how to play. YOU play with the toy first and make it seem like its the best thing in the whole world! and more then likely her curiosity will kick in and she'll come to investigate:)

Tis true. Parrots are mostly observant of everything they do. If I try to feed lucy a fresh vegetable, she will want nothing to do with it. Put it on your lips, she zips to them and snatches it away.

I am sure the same would apply for toys

She is starting to open up some. Now she has that food she is starting to eat and the wing flicking is down! I am working on the toy thing and in a week or so when she has had some time to adjust will work on step up.
For the person who asked she is 3 months and 2 days old.

My gut tells me that she was not fully weaned before you brought her home. Thats still a pretty young baby.
