Wing clipping in northern minnesota

Does anyone know of a place that does wing clipping in northern Minnesota? I live in brainerd, but anyplace nearby, including St. Cloud, would work for me. Thanks for any info!

Most vets (even non-avian ones) can clip wings, as well as some pet stores. You should request a "light" clip, or else some may clip the bird "hard" and render it unable to even safely glide to the ground if it jumps/falls. A hard clipped bird will drop like a rock, a light clipped can glide but can't get lift.
