Windows 10 upgrade

Just thought I would pass this along. The upgrade will be free to Win 7 and Win 8 users

While users running Windows 7 or Windows 8 will be able to upgrade to Windows 10, Microsoft says users have to make sure they are running Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 8.1 Update.

I've run Win 8 for a little over a year and not had any issues. But still like the start button so will be glad to get that back. I know you can download some program to put it into Win8 but just never did that

If the upgrade were not free I would not get it . LOL

Christine, are you liking Win10?? I have the option for the download, but am truly petrified that my (older) system won't be able handle it. I'm running Win8 on my laptop, and my only complaint has been I can't play certain games (the child within me, LOL).

It has not been released yet. June 29th if I am not mistaken will be the release date. The main reason I am going to get it is . I doubt Win8 will get any updates or much support. That means holes for hackers and I don't want to risk it.
You have to reserve it now though.
