Why is she Be-bopping With Toothpicks?

I know this is a really odd question, but by female GCC has started a really odd (but cute) behavior. My husband constantly has a toothpick between his lips. Pickles has started this thing where she runs up, steals the toothpick then bops her head up and down so fast that it is literally a blur. It looks like a video on extra high speed. Does anyone have an idea of what this is? (it "looks" like haha, I stole your special toy - but I really have no idea). Thanks!
