Hi everyone, sorry I have not been around lately but I have had my hands full with caring for MacGregor ( our cat) who sadly was diagnosed with lymphoma a few weeks ago and has been having chemo. As you know from a previous post he was misdiagnosed for months by our normal vet and it is only due to the amazing care he has received by our new vet that we still have him.
He took a turn for the worse about a month ago and we came very close to losing him before the chemo started and even as soon as last weekend it was still very much touch and go but luckily Greggie still has some fight in him and after intensive treatment it looks like he is finally turning the corner and I am more optimistic than I have been in months that he might just make it.
Puffin was not very impressed at all the attention Greggie was getting and was a tad naughty for a few weeks but even he has started behaving himself now and it's like he knows we need to spend this time with Greggie and he joins in now calling Greggie and chatting to him as he sits in the room with him.
I hope I have more free time now to get back to normal and catxhing up with you all.
