Why does he do this!?!?

Just wondering why my parrot struts in the morning, he fully fluffs up, tilts his neck, and try's to look all.. strong But he fluffs his feathers and all his tail feathers are spread out. He then paces back and forth with his feathers fluffed and head tilted. EVERY MORNING WHEN WE GET HIM OUT, WHY!??!

Sounds like he's excited to me. Does he show aggressive behavior or does he happily climb out of his cage?
