"Apple" Yellow-sided Green Cheeck Conure
Apple has only done this about 3 times since I got him and has done it at total random times. It almost seems like he is trying to regurgitate something but I have no idea what it could be. I hope it's nothing serious and is just one of these crazy birds weird but normal behaviours.

I've been trying to catch this on video since the first time and finally did.

I'm pretty sure it means he's picked you as his mate C;

Yep, River does the same thing. I just tell him "EW, mommy doesn't want any of that!" lol He however, is pretty sure I do! haha

OMGoodness!!! He is so cute!! Looks just like my Rio! Thanks that made me smile and giggle!
OH~ and I have no idea about the funny lil behavior! sorry!

Regurgitation in Pet Birds
By Alyson Burgess, About.com Guide

"Regurgitation, perhaps one of the most perplexing bird behaviors, occurs when a bird throws up small amounts of food with the intention of feeding it to a loved one. Gross? Perhaps, to those who don't understand avian behavior. Normal? Absolutely.

Regurgitation behavior in birds might best be observed in the nest. When a hen is sitting on eggs, the father of her chicks will many times gorge himself, only to return to the nest and purge to feed his mate. Once the eggs hatch, the resulting baby birds are completely dependent on their parents for food, requiring the adult birds to regurgitate their meals to feed their newborn offspring.

Regurgitation is also a way that birds show each other that they are "interested". This is a natural courting behavior, and it's very common for pet birds to regurgitate on other birds, their favorite people, or even their favorite toys. If your bird regurgitates on you, it's most likely a sign that he or she loves you very, very much -- try equating it to being given a dozen roses or a box of chocolates."

OH MY GOD!! You have no idea how RELIEVED and how FLATTERED I am. While reading all of your comments I took huge breath of relief and my heart turned to mush. I am SO happy he feels that way, lol! I mean it is a bit gross but atleast I know now for sure he loves me as much as I love him. :) Thank you so much everyone!:D

How cute!!

Puck tries to mate with me. And my boyfriend. I think this is preferable. XD

Just try not to um... accept this behaviour too much, it's all right him doing it once in a while but you don't want him seeing you as his mate really as he could become very territorial and aggressive.

However, all is normal, he just loves you. ;)

I don't know what you mean about territorial but he hasn't been a huge stranger type of bird from the get go. Good thing is that it only took him a day to tolerate me when I first got him. He HATES strangers and will try to bite anyone who isn't me with the exception of my bf and son. He still bites them though just not as violently as he would someone else. He does surprise me sometimes though, there are a VERY select few strangers he won't bite, he's really weird. These are the reasons he was given to me but I on the other hand accept him the way he is as long as he loves me, I don't care who he hates, lol!

Oh and in the future, I will not reward thid behavior just treat him normally. :)

When you see Apple do this, you may want to walk away. Do things to ignore the behavior and Apple will not try to vomit :)

My sun conure does that all the time! I always tell him "oh Carlisle. I don't want any of whatever you're trying to give me! You keep it!" hes the only one of my group that does it.

He WUVS you!!! Heehee
My cockatoo tries to do that to me sometimes. He'll start tapping his beak on me or the sofa and I just distract him. He also does it to my father when he visits, but we are the only two he does that to.
