Hello everyone
i have a pair of rainbow lorikeet in my aviary but not sure if it is a male and a female, one week before i start seeing them entering a nest box everyday, is that because they want to breed or only because of winter ? :rainbow1:
Thanks

You gave them a nestbox so they are likely think about breeding. If you don't want them to breed, never provide a nest box---nest boxes encourage the behavior.

From what I heard, lorikeets like sleeping inside

Hello!
When we had our Tango, we asked the vet about a ‘cute’ little sleeping box for her. Even with a single bird, he said there was a good chance she would start laying eggs!
