That would be extremely difficult to guess without knowing the location of where exactly the footage was taken. I can with certainty say they aren't Vosmaeri.

The same location has king parakeets and red cheeked parakeets and fig parrots if that's a geographic clue.

Since all these birds are native to Queensland, I'd guess those would then be Roratus Macgillivrayi.
