Hello, I'm new to the site but I signed up because I knew this was a great place to get into from other bird owners, and recently I've been a bit worried about my bird Finn.
He's a green budgie who I got a couple of months ago. He's been a real handful since I got him. His wings were apparently clipped(or were just growing in, he's very young so I'm not sure) and his feathers have finally grown back.(His tail Finn also fell of a while ago but has grown back looking normal as usual)
My real concern are the white feathers that seem to be on his back. My mother pointed them out to me earlier today. Their not very noticeable and I only managed to spot them when he lifted his wings or was scratching back there. But I wanted to be safe so I came here to seek some advice. Is this something I should be worried about? Should I be taking him to an avian vet? He doesn't seem bothered by them or anything, but I know how good birds are at hiding sickness.
