Which has the quietest skreech?

I live in fairly soundproof apt. There is however a small corner that the wall between my home and another is the average wall and not concrete like the rest of my place. So, even though I could prolly get away with a loudish type parrot, I don't want to disturb that particular neighbor. I was debating between a green cheek conure or a senegal. I had a masked love bird for 10 years, a few years back, and if any of my two possibilities skreech like the lovebird did, I may have to remain birdless. (It never stopped skreeching) As far as playing with the bird and cleaning, batheing, training etc... thats not a problem. I'm just paranoid about getting bangs on the wall from the neighbors. Any advice or comments are certainly welcome. Thanks

For the size of a lovebird, its amazing just how loud they can be

Dont know much about the senegals but gcc are sweet and quiet. Get one that is pretty tame to start with and that should make it a bit easier. Make sure whatever you choose that you spend lots of time with your new pet and you should not go wrong.
