Hello!
So, I have been wanting to get a new birdie friend and was originally going to get a budgie, but after research, consideration, and chatting with my husband have decided to get a conure. (Don't worry - I know this is a huge shift in needs/energy/personality, etc. and I'm not new to owning birds, just conures.) I've been wanting one for 10 years so this is definitely not an impulsive adoption.
My birdie has just hatched and will be ready to come home around the end of June (hoping that everything going on in the world calms down by then). So, I need to collect everything for him/her!
My big ask is: where do you get your bird supplies for conures? Everywhere I'm looking at that has online options (since in store shopping is OOTQ right now) has plenty of cages for budgies/lovebirds/small birds, yet it seems like there are not many that look conure-friendly.
Can you also recommend a specific type of cage (brand, model, etc.)?
Any and all info appreciated!
