Where can I put cage trays?

We just bought Stewie a cage with a playgym on top. It does not have the tray for the gym and I was wondering if there is anywhere that I can order a tray?

Was it supposed to have a tray with it? Can you post the make and model?

It has a space for the tray but it did not come with one. We bought it on Craigslist. I will look for the make/model I was just wondering if there is a site where I can order them seperate if I have the dimensions.

I can't find a make or model. I am looking at images online. It is very close to this one. It is huge. The top is 40" x 30". The tray needs to be about 38.5" x 27' to slide in.

Does the tray for the bottom by any chance fit in there? Maybe it's a dual purpose? You put it in the playtop when the bird is up there and put it in the bottom when the bird is in the cage?

Yes it does fit I will have to do that until I can find another. We make so much use with the playgym tray. He eats up there so I change it every night to prevent the dropped food from smelling. I usually only have to change the bottom tray once a week because he only sleeps/plays in the cage when we are not home. I place a newspaper under his sleeping perch to swap out daily. It is easier to do that than change the tray at the bottom of the cage.

It might be easier to have someone make one for you instead of trying to find one. If you know anyone who has metal cutting and bending tools, he may be able to do it for you, and weld the corners. Then you could have it powder coated or painted with a bird safe product. If you have a vocational school near you, the machine shop students would be able to make it, probably for just the cost of materials and/or a small donation to the program. I used to have mine make me all sorts of things for my tractor. I would draw them up a blueprint and then they would make it.
