Where can I find 32" wooden perchws?

Hi there!

I live in Canada and I ordered a cage for my Kiwi 2 years ago. The 2 standard perches that came with the cage are in need of replacement. They quality is bad enough that its not just a matter of deep cleaning them, they need to be tossed in the garbage.
They are shredding badly, becomming far too rough for Kiwi. He is not a parrot, so its not that he ripped it apart, its just poor quality.
I got a great deal for the size of the cage, and they lasted 2 years which for the quality, is really impressive but It is now time for new ones.

I have not had muchh luck so far finding any wood perches of that length.
Kiwi is nervous of anything new, so Its not as simple as just swapping them out for just any perch.

They need to look like his old perches.

Ideas? Suggestions? Recommendations?

Its a great idea and I have considered it. I live in an apartment , i dont really have access to random branches, but even more I am too worried about bringing home something from outside that I will regret.

Kiwi is a rescued House Sparrow. Sadly, I dont havè the ease and peace of mind to just take him to the vet everytime I am worried. (Which is always)

Therefore, I am extremely carefull and probably over protective regarding what he is exposed to. I wouldnt feel safe bringing home branches, not to mention he would immediately be afraid and no longer willingly go into his cage.

Great suggestion, I really wish it could be that simple and easy for us, as it would lower my everyday worry/stress for sure!
