Once he is completely feathered with no feathers still in pins. If his digestion slows down then put him back in the brooder.

Is he sick? I’m not surprised since that is usually what happens with unweaned babies and that is what we all warned would happen. Poor baby.
Leave him in the brooder. He will most likely die at this point but if he has any chance of surviving he needs to be kept at around 37.2 degrees Celsius.
I hope you have already been to an avian vet!

- B&G Macaw, Galah, 5 cockatiels, 50 billion and a half budgies. We breed and do rescue. Too many to list each individual's name and age etc, but they are each individuals and loved dearly.
What symptoms did he have that made you think he was sick?
