It's hard to help online. Can you post pictures? You can go under the text box and click the go advanced button, then you can paperclip a pic from your phone, it will post as a thumbnail under the text box.

Also Snowcloud I'm so sorry your baby is sick. You are going to have to get him to an avain vet, tomorrow. He needs more help than you will be able to do, or that we could advise. I hope you can get help, and keep us updated.
Agreed there is nothing we can do online to help, we cannot see your bird and we are not veterinarians. The best thing to do for your bird is to find a vet (preferably avian vet) and get them there ASAP! Sounds like your bird is sick and needs medical attention from a professional.
