Hubby and I were eating lunch, and I looked over to observe the goings-ons in the budgie cage and saw Snow practicing some sort of gymnastics... At first I thought "maybe he's trying to scratch his head on the perch?" but nope- he just sat there... Like this...

Lol it didn't take very long after that, but lemon was trying to one-up Snow with his own upside-down acrobatics (I was too slow and didn't get a picture).

Budgies are such funny little things. Now that Pix is gone , Twigs plays with toys more now and he's always making me laugh! The other day he was rubbing his head on the bars since he has no one to preen him now. I told him if he chose to be tame it wouldn't have to be that way lol.

ROTFL!!!! That is hilarious! Buddy will put his head on the perch, like he's going to do a somersault and stay that way but that's because he wants a scratch. This goes way beyond that, lol! Great share!!!
