What's the difference between avian probiotics and human probiotics?

Since Puck is on antibiotics, I'd like to find a good probiotic for him. Is there a real difference between avian probiotics and human probiotics? Are the organisms themselves different? Will human ones work for birds? I'm planning on calling the vet tomorrow, but I don't know if they would actually know.

I however use Vetafarm Probotics for birds & animals. I find it good.

I have sometimes used human grade but only use a sprinkle on the fruit.

Ask your Vet what they recommend.
