What's Good Timing to bring rescue Macaw into home

We live outside of Haines, Alaska at the far north
Parrots
I currently have a B&G Macaw, a Harliquin Macaw, a Goffins cockatoo, a sulphur crested cockatoo, a scrappy head, and 2 Congo African Greys
We have a B&G who has layed 2 eggs and is tending them. I know to let her sit on it for 30 days and then take it away. We are about to rehome a harlequin macaw any day now. The 2 macaw cages are close to each other along with 3 other birds and cages. I'm wondering what the best timing will be to introduce the new bird to the home. Should we wait for the B&G to be done with the egg and bring her in later, or is it alright to bring the Harlequin in while this is going on? Both macaws are female and are 12 and 13 years old respectively.
We have the luxury to wait if we should. Any thoughts????

Are you quarantining the new bird? I think the standard is 30 days.

there is no quarantine required. This is a healthy 12 yer old Harlequin coming from within the state, just needing a new good home and don't want to upset the B&G with her egg if it would. We want them to hopefully like each other but the B&G's attention is elsewhere now.

I would wait if the bird is on eggs. She's likely to become quite upset if moved now.

Marge (on the egg) doesn't have to be moved. I attached a pic of our cage setup for now. You can see the dark outline of Marge on the bottom of the large cage on the left. The new macaw will go in the cage next to her on the right. The cockatoo is in the cage 2nd from right, and the grey in the smaller far right cage. All is in place just waiting for the arrival of the macaw. I'm inclined to wait until the egg disappears also, but welcome anymore input. In the spring We are going to push the french doors wall back 8 feet to double the size of the room and put a glass door and window wall to enter. We'll be using trees and getting rid of the cages. Basically we will have an enclosed aviary with wash down floor.

Okay, now I'm Jealous, because that's what I want to do...

That, plus add a huge outdoor flight.

But, I'm broke, and I'm renting.

So, unless my numbers hit...

OK, Marge has laid her third egg. (first one cracked and gone). she has been sitting on the second egg for 5 days. Today she laid a third. Do I need to start 30 days all over again before taking the egg away? I suppose this should postpone the new macaw coming into the home in the same area???? any thoughts out there,,,,?
