What the heck is this about?

Ok Im new to Alexandrines and I got the fun of having one that tears out his feathers just before they start to look nice- he has issues! But I have no idea what the wing and scream thing is about- I can be right there in front of him and he does it! Ok quality is not good but you can see what I need help with!
OH, and turn down your volume!!!! Im right next to the mic so I sound really LOUD!

You can upload videos here directly from your device, but if the file is any bigger than about 10Mb or so (from my very bad memory, I think that's the approx size!), then you are probably best to upload it to a platform like YouTube first, and then link it from there to here ...
