What temperature can a red crowned amazon tolerate?

I keep the temperature in the house at about 19 Celsius(66-67 Fahrenheit) and I'm going to be moving my RCA upstairs, it can sometimes get a little colder up there(I estimate no lower than 17C/63F).

Will my RCA be comfortable in that temperature?

I keep my fine feathered friends in the kitchen next to my family room. The temperature I keep downstairs is between 65-68. They are very happy. If I take them upstairs on the birdstand then the temperature jumps about 3-5 degrees higher.
