What sort of parrot do I have?

I found an escaped parrot in my backyard. I managed to capture it. Could not find it's home, so I am keeping it.

It is small, and colorful. It looks a little like a lovebird, but no red beak, and it is yellow-green, not dark green. It has a very red mask, and peach color around the neck.

I have visited 911 parrot alert, and nobody is looking for it.

I found him Friday around 5:00 PM, it is now Sunday 2:15PM.

BTW: I went to an all bird pet store. The woman who runs it is supposed to be very knowledgeable about birds. She has been at it for decades. She said what I have is an "Australian Cinnamon Lovebird."

I think his right foot is hurt. He gets around fine, but he favors it. I will take him to a vet, but I'm not sure what a vet can do.

I sure did. I also posted an ad there advertising a found bird.

A few people who have lost their birds replied, but none were even close to what I have.

I feel bad for those people, many have not given up hope even after two months, or so.
