What nuts are Sun Conures able to crack open?

My Sun likes nuts and I give her a little as part of her varied diet. The one nut she can easily crack are pistachio. I get the raw natural ones (no salt, not roasted).

She loves pine nuts and walnuts. I know that she could not crack a walnut but what about a pine nut? Can she crack that? If she could, I would love to give her one in the shell since I think she really enjoys getting the nut out.

This is where we humans come in to help!!

Use a nut cracker to pre-break the shell! At first, heavy cracking so that it more your Sun removing the outer shell bits and than back-off a little, targeting a point that breaking the shell remains interested, but within your Sun's ability

I have to partially crack open walnuts for my small Amazon, he can't open these without help.
