What Kind of Parrot is this.

So I adopted this parrot and would like to know if any one knows what kind it is? I can not seem to find out what kind he is. His name is Sammy.

White Eyed Conure it is i just did a google image search and it is a spitting image. I have had Sammy for over 2 years now and have asked a bunch of people. ask the question on here and in 30sec. it was answered thank you so much grey782163.

I grew up with two parrots my mom has two and she had a friend that need to pass him on to a good home so i told them that i would take him. He has been with me for a little over two years. He lived in a cage when i got him but now he lives on an open bird stand that a made him. He has an outdoor cage he can go too if he wanted through a window he is spoiled.
