Maybe one of his parrents was a green? There are so many hybrids going round atm. it is hard to tell - we have 3rd generation mix-macaws where you can actually invent the name yourself because there has not been one before ...

looks possibly like he could be a hybrid of sorts between a B&G and a Greenwing. Or could just be a very young B&G with a bit more green in their feathers

It looks like a catablu macaw - hybrid between catalina (B&G x scarlet) and B&G. Harlequin macaws (B&G x GWM) are more orange

Yes I second the above answer, this macaw is a hybrid. Catablu is probably the best bet, as it looks mostly blue and gold. Catalinas are more yellow and Harlequins are more orangey/red.
