What type of environment does your senegal live in?
Is it fairly quiet or somewhat noisy?

the reason why I am asking is we have our Senegal in our bedroom in his own cage. Then we have our cockatiels in another cage, and same goes for the lovebirds.

He is brought out on his own for play and free time, or to spend one on one time with myself.
At times he is trying to get at the other birds, climbing their cages and trying to bite them.
He bit one of my lovebirds thru the bars today. He was just slightly nipped thankfully.

Most of the time Safari is playing with his toys, or just hanging out.

He seems to have good and bad days, sometimes edgy, other days he's nice and calm.
I'm wondering if it's too much for him to be around the other birds.
there are a total of 6 of them, plus him makes 7.

when my other birds are out for free flight time and playtime, they don't bother Safari at all.

Well, I have a 2 year old little brother.... What can I say, it gets loud. He is really quiet with only a few shrill beeps if an 'intruder' passes by. As in: vacuum, guest, cat, ball, etc. Oliver also loves dancing when it gets loud. Not only with music, but when my brother yells, or the vacuum is on. Really any loud noise. He seems pretty settled in the living room.

Mine is the living room in his own cage. My two blue crowns are about 5 feet or so away, each has their own cage also. Mostly my place is fairly quiet because I'm single. But the blue crowns can raise a good fuss occasionally to which Sidney will make some hoarse protesting squeals.

Senegals as a general rule don't seem to get along well with other birds. The conures are flighted but I have to keep him clipped because he would attack them if he got the chance. I've been working with him ever since I got him trying to get him to associate the other birds with good things but he ain't buying it. The other two have learned to avoid him. They have been chased often enough that they don't associate him with anything good at all. His intent would be to injure if he ever got close. Little bird with a big attitude!

Yup, my sennie is the same. ANY chance to get to them, he will. :( The other sennies I've met (3) are generally the same.
