Kiwi : Indian Ringneck Parrot RIP, taken far too young, Mango : Lovebird, 5 years old 2014, Sprite : Pineapple green cheek, <1 2014
And can Kiwi eat it? We bought it at the store one day and I forget what it was, lol. Is it a romaine heart? I'm going to put it in his birdy bread, so want to know if its worth putting in. Thanks.

It looks like a romaine heart, but it has a yellow - green color and is white in some places. Makes me think its an iceberg variety, in which case - is it worth putting in the birdy bread?

Thanks! :D

So I did a better google search and its an Endive :) added it to the birdy bread! It's in the oven cooking!

At least you found out what it was cause I had absolutely no idea, never seen it before in my life....lol....

Looks like a rabbits foot...

LOL. Looks nothing like my rabbits feet. They're fluffy and aren't yellow, haha.

Well I baked my birdy bread. Kiwi says its 'Ok'. Argh! I think I over cooked it. Dang. I wish I hadn't added egg. It was still kinda raw in the middle, which would've been FINE had I hadn't added that stupid egg. Argh.

Mikey perhaps you should get one for your birds. It's very healthy for them - a good source of calcium. They can just munch on till the cows come home, lol. Personally I thought it tasted horrible - BITTER. Appearantly its supposed to taste like that.. Ew.

They also call those endive "witlof". There's another endive that is more "lettuce-y" looking, curly endive. I grow it because my budgie/s (one in particular) loves it.
