What is the best feathered addition to add to a flock

We have a sun conuee he's a little under six months old. Anyway we want to add another bird into the mix ans are trying to figure out which bird would be best. We were thinking either a quaker a green cheek conure or a hahns macaw, I mean we would like a caique but around here they literally cost an arm and a leg(or maybe just a kidney) any way since most of the people on here seem to have multiple birds, I would just like to know from your expereinces which would be the best type of bird to accompany and adprable sun conure, (who thinks he's a Bat)

I don't have a Sun, but at a local shop here they have a Sun and a GCC who are in love with each other Of course, all birds are different and until you get one it's hard to tell if they will get along or not.

My Sun Conure thinks he's a bat too. He loves to hang upside down.

As for what bird will get along with him...there's no way to tell. I have six and various ones like each other and others don't for no apparent reason. You might end up with two birds that hate each other. There is really no way to tell if they will get along.

I have it so that all of my birds have their own play stands. When I come home I put them out on their own stands. Only my quaker and sun share a stand because they bonded with each other but that's no guarantee that if you get a quaker it will bond with your sun. It really is a shot in the dark.
