What is Keen doing

OK - I know someone will have the answer to this ... Pretty much EVERY single time I pet Keen, she will open her mouth and turn her head kind of sideways. She does it repeatedly.

Does it happen if you are scratching around the sides of the head? Tootsie will do something like that if I happen to scratch around her ear holes. It kind of reminds me of someone yawning to equalize ear pressure.

Yeah, generally when I scratch around the sides. She seems to like it though.
