What fruit seeds are OK?

Was wondering what fruit seeds are OK for parrots? I know apple, peach, plum pits/seeds are toxic. And banana seeds are so soft and are a part of the fruit. What about kiwi? I cut up some kiwi for Cosmo and he absolutely loved it. However I cut around the seeds and there is hardly anything left :/

Pomegranate, cranberries, cantelope, kiwi, melons, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries are all safe to my knowledge.

Oh, so I could have fed him the seed part. I played safe than sorry and just gave him the non seeded part. Added some banana to it otherwise there would be not enough to eat.
