What else should I look for?

Okay, I talked to my vet about this but recently Captain Jack will jerk his head or bob it and make a weird sound like breathing or stuffy nose sounding. He weighs the same and calls to me, sits on his perches, plays etc. His poop last night was green with the white in it. The vet that has checked him over this summer and clipped his nails works at a small vet clinic and has advised me to take him to this vet office that is somewhat over a hour away if he gets sick (they are more set up to help birds that are in worse conditions). What else should I look for or should I just take him do this vet clinic now?

When Kenji tries to regurgitate to me he bobs his head, but the actually regurgitating motion is a weird jerking. Like he's trying to push the food out of his crop into his mouth. When he starts doing that his breathing also gets a bit raspy.

Are you able to take a video next time he does that? It sounds like regurgitating to me(or attempting to), but a video would help to clarify this.
