I don't have an amazon, but the Justin Bieber reference gave me a good chuckle!

Bean cries like a baby, laughs, and sings "Hit me with your best shot, Fire Awaaaaaaaaay." Not much screaming. He has screamed when he has seen a hawk from the window, but its so few and far between I can't really remember what it sounds like.

My Yellow Nape sometimes screams like the young kids across the street jumping on their trampoline, it is a high pitched "kid scream" not a "parrot scream" if you know what I mean. She usually yells "Oscar" from some home that she previously lived in & sometimes she yells "grandma". She also cries like female sobbing & sings opera quite well only when I am in another room.

Mine screams exactly like my 3 year old son does while running through the house in crazy mode. When Junie gets REALLY worked up he hollars this sound that is similar to "CaPRI caPRI caPRI!" He's a bilingual portuguese and english bird so his ramblings are quite scrambled sometimes.

None of mine scream either.... just laugh, sing, and chatter endlessly. They like to sing "old McDonald", but aparently the old McDonald they know is poor, because only has ducks. So when they start the "with a quack quack here and a quack quak there here a quack there a quack" then they don't finish the song but take turns quacking for about 20 minutes or so. Just quack quack quack quack quack quack etc...... for twenty minutes (if I'm lucky) sometimes it's closer to an hour.

Merlin screams like a 10 year old girl, usually when he sees the kitty in the front yard (she's not allowed in the front). He used to scream @ the neighbor boy when he was playing outside, but I have taught him to yell "boy". I don't what "boy" thinks about the parrot yelling @ him. lol

You gave me a good laugh today!! :)

My DYHA screms like hell 2 times per day, in about 20 minites. Othervise singing and talking

Junie laughs too it is hilarious! And it's like he KNOWS that something is funny. He also likes to "howl" like a dog OWWWWW ow ow ow ow owwwww.

Goodness, this talk in amazons is really making me interested in getting one... ;)

LOL, that is hysterical. I wish my M2 screamed like a little girl meeting Justin Bieber for the first time. Consider yourself lucky, mine has a scream that sounds like an angry mocking bird, except a gazillion times louder.
